Location - Often choosing a location is the first step in the home building process. If you don’t already have a lot, we can help you find that perfect spot for your dream home.

The Plan - Your plan or ours. If you already have your own plan, We’ll build it for you, If you decide on one of our plans, each is fully customizable to fit your needs and lifestyle. If you choose to have us to build a custom home but don’t have a plan, we can refer you to our preferred architects to help you create your perfect dream home.

When a house plan has been settled on, that′s when the fun begins. You will be dealing directIy with vendors when making selections, e.g. lumber yards, brick yards, granite fabricators, tile shops, cabinet shops etc… We don’t restrict you to limited “selection packages” or a ′‘selection room’’. We help guide you to local trusted professionals to select your finishes.
